DotShield Depth™ for Hospitals

Sub-millimetre accuracy for wound assessment, clinical imaging integrity, and hospital documentation.

What DotShield Depth™ Delivers +

DotShield Depth™ transforms standard hospital cameras into medical-grade depth sensors capable of sub-millimetre precision. Designed for ICUs, Emergency Departments, Wound Teams, Telehealth, and Theatre workflows, it enables:

  • Accurate depth & surface measurements (0.2–0.9mm)
  • Real-time wound progression tracking
  • Burn, ulcer, and lesion management at scale
  • Remote clinical imaging with trustworthy depth data
  • Liveness & anti-deepfake validation for clinical integrity
  • Secure, cryptographically watermarked medical images
Clinical Use Cases +
  • ICU: Track edema, swelling, surgical-site changes.
  • ED: Measure lacerations, burns, trauma swelling.
  • Wound Teams: Weekly ulcer measurements with over-time analytics.
  • Theatre: Pre-op & post-op depth mapping for documentation.
  • Telehealth: Real, authentic, depth-certified imaging.
  • Hospital-at-Home: Clinical-grade remote documentation.
How It Works +

DotShield Depth™ uses advanced computer vision and AI-enhanced depth estimation combined with liveness detection and medical-measurement algorithms. It operates using:

  • Depth Estimation (multi-frame & texture signal fusion)
  • Liveness & Anti-Deepfake Detection
  • Medical Measurement Engine (wound geometry, healing timeline)
  • On-device or on-prem processing for privacy and compliance
Why Hospitals Choose DotShield Depth™ +
  • No calibration markers or rulers required
  • High accuracy at clinical distances (40cm – 180cm)
  • Works on standard hospital cameras & tablets
  • Cryptographically watermarked images for audit trails
  • Reliable under varied lighting conditions
  • Designed for enterprise hospital deployments
On-Premise, Isolated Deployment for Asia & Developing Countries +

For hospitals and medical centres in Asia and other developing countries participating during our compliance alignment stage, DotShield offers a unique deployment model:

  • Free on-prem server with UPS for selected hospitals, engineered to meet strict regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • All processing happens inside your hospital network — sensitive medical images never leave your infrastructure.
  • Complete isolation of doctor–patient communication using DotShield’s proprietary isolation techniques.
  • We do not interface or integrate DotShield platforms with any third-party systems or platforms.

During this assessment stage, our engineers (under the guidance of GABEY Consulting Australia) will:

  • Support sample collection and test workflows
  • Assist with accuracy improvements and tuning in your clinical environment
  • Provide generous discounts on the full solution for participating hospitals
  • Offer free training agreements for clinical and technical staff

This free on-premise offer is exclusively available to hospitals in developing countries, subject to eligibility and a joint evaluation process.

Free AI-Enhanced Clinical Documentation Assistant +

To make DotShield Depth™ genuinely useful in day-to-day clinical work, selected hospitals will receive access to a free AI-enhanced clinical documentation assistant integrated with the on-premise server.

This assistant is designed to reduce documentation burden for doctors and nurses by helping to:

  • Draft progress notes, wound care notes, and daily summaries
  • Generate shift handover summaries for nursing teams
  • Prepare discharge summaries and follow-up notes
  • Summarise wound trends and measurements from DotShield Depth™
  • Provide safe, on-prem clinical Q&A based on de-identified data and local guidelines

Availability & selection criteria:

  • The AI-enhanced clinical documentation assistant will be provided free of charge to a limited number of hospitals during the compliance alignment stage.
  • Only the first 10 countries that apply will be eligible for inclusion in this program.
  • From each eligible country, no more than three major hospitals will be selected.
  • All applications and selections are assessed by GABEY Consulting (Australia), and GABEY retains full authority to decide whether assistance will be offered to any hospital.

All selection decisions made by GABEY are final.

Regulatory Alignment & Confidence Statement
