HVRC Demo Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose of the HVRC demo

The Human-Verifiable Retrieval Ceremony (HVRC) demo is provided by GABEY Consulting Pty Ltd to demonstrate a controlled document retrieval workflow using separated retrieval evidence, a one-time PIN, a short-lived human confirmation challenge, and post-download document verification.

The HVRC demo is provided for evaluation, demonstration, and information purposes only. It is not a production legal signing service, financial service, identity verification service, or regulated document delivery service.

2. Eligibility

By registering for the HVRC demo, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

GABEY Consulting may refuse, limit, delay, or cancel access to the HVRC demo where it reasonably identifies suspicious, automated, abusive, misleading, or unauthorised activity.

3. Registration and ceremony requirements

To participate in the HVRC demo, you may be required to provide your name, organisation, and email address.

You are responsible for keeping your one-time PIN, retrieval code, challenge group, and retrieval reference confidential. GABEY Consulting will never ask you to disclose your PIN, retrieval code, or challenge group by phone, email, SMS, or chat.

You must not share, publish, automate, scrape, attack, bypass, reverse engineer, or misuse the HVRC demo or any related retrieval workflow.

4. Security monitoring and abuse prevention

For security, fraud prevention, system integrity, and abuse-prevention purposes, GABEY Consulting may log registration attempts, email domain, masked email address, email-risk signals, IP address, browser/session indicators, timestamps, document code, and system decisions such as warnings, delays, blocks, or cooldown periods.

Suspicious or automated registration activity may be delayed or blocked. Repeated risky attempts may result in temporary access restrictions from the relevant network, browser session, or related technical indicators.

5. Document integrity and verification

Documents made available through the HVRC demo may include official fingerprints such as SHA-256 and CRC32 values. You are encouraged to verify any downloaded document using the official verification page or a trusted local hashing tool.

The HVRC demo demonstrates controlled retrieval and verification. It does not prevent a recipient from saving, copying, printing, forwarding, photographing, or otherwise handling a document after it has been downloaded.

6. Privacy and personal information

GABEY Consulting does not sell your personal information.

GABEY Consulting does not share your name or email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

Information collected through the HVRC demo is used for registration, security monitoring, abuse prevention, audit, support, and operation of the demo. Limited technical information may be processed by service providers necessary to operate the website, email delivery, hosting, security, logging, or related infrastructure.

GABEY Consulting may disclose information where required by law, regulation, court order, lawful authority, or where reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, security incidents, or attempted unauthorised access.

7. Availability and changes

The HVRC demo may be changed, suspended, withdrawn, or unpublished at any time without notice. GABEY Consulting does not guarantee continuous availability or uninterrupted operation of the demo.

8. No warranty and limitation of responsibility

The HVRC demo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for demonstration and evaluation purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GABEY Consulting excludes warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GABEY Consulting is not responsible for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the HVRC demo.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights, guarantees, or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
