Why Choose Quorixel™?

The secure AI clinical documentation assistant built for today’s hospitals

As a doctor, you already know the daily reality: documentation pulls focus away from patients, contributes to burnout, and increases the risk of incomplete records. Quorixel™ changes that equation — not by adding another tool to your workflow, but by removing administrative friction while strengthening the parts of care that matter most.

What Quorixel™ actually does

Quorixel™ is an ambient AI clinical documentation assistant that listens passively to natural clinician–patient conversations (with explicit consent), then generates structured clinical notes in your preferred format (SOAP, APSO, or custom templates).

  • Real-time transcription and contextual summarisation
  • Automatic drafting of HPI, ROS, physical exam, assessment, and plan
  • Optional billing support (ICD-10–ready suggestions where appropriate)
  • Multilingual processing (English + key APAC languages such as Mandarin, Malay, and Tamil)
  • Designed for EHR integration pathways used across APAC (including NGEMR environments)

You stay in full control — review, edit, or regenerate — and in many deployments a substantial portion of the note can be drafted before the consultation ends (depending on specialty, workflow, and template).

Clinical note drafts are generated to assist documentation only. The clinician remains responsible for review, accuracy, and final sign-off in accordance with local policy and clinical governance.

Why Quorixel™ stands apart from other AI scribes

The market is crowded with ambient tools. What differentiates Quorixel™ is our uncompromising focus on security, privacy, and auditability, informed by DotShield — NOMATEQ / GABEY Consulting’s cybersecurity heritage across regulated sectors.

Aspect Typical AI scribe Quorixel™ powered by DotShield

In an era of persistent healthcare breaches and tightening AI governance, security is not a “nice-to-have”. Quorixel™ is designed to help clinicians document efficiently without introducing new privacy and security exposure.

Security & Data Handling (high-level)

  • Consent-first workflow: designed to support explicit consent and auditable use.
  • Processing controls: deployment options can be aligned to policy (e.g., region and tenancy).
  • Retention controls: configurable data retention aligned to clinical governance.
  • Access controls: role-based access patterns and audit logging for defensible operations.
  • No training on your data: clinical data is not used to train shared models by default.

Implementation specifics (on-prem / private cloud / region policy, key management, retention windows) are tailored during discovery to match your environment and risk appetite.

Real benefits you will feel every day

More time with patients

Ambient documentation can significantly reduce after-hours charting (“pajama time”), depending on specialty, note complexity, and EHR workflow.

Improved note quality & consistency

Less reliance on rushed typing or memory; fewer omissions that can affect continuity of care and medico-legal risk.

Better team communication

Clear, structured drafts help downstream teams (nursing, allied health, coders) interpret plans faster and coordinate care more reliably.

Reduced burnout risk

When documentation stops being a cognitive tax, clinicians regain mental bandwidth for complex cases and human connection.

Benefits vary by setting and implementation. Quorixel™ is designed to support clinical efficiency while maintaining appropriate governance and clinician oversight.

Why consider acquiring / piloting Quorixel™ now?

Patient care improves when clinicians can be fully present. Processes become more efficient when documentation stops being the bottleneck. Data becomes more reliable when notes are drafted in real time with context-aware assistance.

Quorixel™ delivers all three — while placing security and compliance at the foundation rather than as an afterthought.

If your department or hospital is evaluating ways to:

  • Give clinicians back meaningful time
  • Strengthen data integrity for quality improvement and research
  • Reduce administrative burden without introducing new privacy or security vulnerabilities

…then Quorixel™ deserves serious consideration.

Quorixel™ produces draft documentation. Clinicians and hospital policies govern final content, coding, clinical decisions, and sign-off.

Quorixel™ isn’t just another AI scribe.
It’s built for high-trust clinical environments — where security and governance matter.

No commitment. Tailored to your specialty and EHR environment.

Benefits for Nurses, Triage, Front Desk & Support Teams

Empowering every role in the care continuum with secure, efficient AI documentation

While clinicians lead key patient interactions, nurses, triage staff, and front desk teams handle the vital groundwork — from initial assessments to ongoing monitoring and operational coordination. Quorixel™ extends its ambient documentation capabilities beyond doctors, adapting to role-based workflows to reduce burden, enhance accuracy, and improve team collaboration across the hospital.

Streamlined triage and initial assessments

For triage nurses and intake teams, Quorixel™ can assist rapid intake conversations (symptoms, vitals, key history) and draft structured notes that can be aligned to your EHR workflow and local policies.

  • Rapid intake summaries with configurable acuity cues (based on your triage model)
  • Draft capture of allergies/medications from verbal inputs (requires staff confirmation)
  • Multilingual support to help serve diverse patient populations across APAC
  • Reduced re-keying by drafting structured fields ready for review

Result: smoother patient flow, fewer handoff gaps, and more time for compassionate care during high-pressure moments.

Triage decisions and acuity assignment remain the responsibility of clinical staff and must follow local policy.

Enhanced nursing documentation and monitoring

Nurses spend hours producing shift notes, vital updates, care plans, and handover content. Quorixel™ can help draft compliant, time-ordered documentation from bedside rounds, handovers, and patient check-ins.

  • Draft progress notes, care plan updates, and handover summaries
  • Configurable prompts/flags for changes in patient status (aligned to governance rules)
  • Contextual summarisation when integrated with relevant data sources (where supported)
  • Secure continuity across shifts through role-based access patterns and auditable events

Result: less time charting, more focus on direct patient care, and reduced burnout in demanding ward environments.

Quorixel™ generates drafts to support documentation. Nurses remain responsible for review, accuracy, and sign-off.

Administrative efficiency for front desk and support roles

Front desk teams manage registrations, scheduling, insurance checks, and initial queries. Quorixel™ can help draft structured intake content from check-ins and routine conversations — reducing repetitive data entry.

  • Draft intake forms from structured verbal details (staff review required)
  • Appointment summaries and follow-up reminders (configurable)
  • Secure capture aligned to privacy standards and local policy
  • Reduced duplicate entry via EHR workflow alignment (where supported)

Result: smoother operations, shorter queues, and empowered staff to handle complex inquiries without administrative overload.

Administrative outputs should be verified against patient identifiers and local registration policy prior to submission.

Team-wide security and collaboration advantages

In hospitals, documentation and data flow across roles — which is exactly where privacy and governance can break down. Quorixel™ is designed with security-first principles informed by DotShield, so every role benefits from consistent controls.

Role Common challenge How Quorixel™ helps (security + governance)
Triage nurse High-volume, error-prone intakes Draft capture + structured handover + auditable events for safer transitions
Ward nurse Repetitive monitoring logs Time-ordered drafts + governance-aligned prompts + evidence-friendly operational logs
Front desk Administrative bottlenecks Voice-to-structure drafting + privacy-aware handling + reduced duplicate entry
All teams Collaboration silos Consistent access patterns + auditability to support defensible workflows

When multiple roles touch the same patient record, “good enough” security is not enough. Quorixel™ is built to support privacy-by-design and governance-ready operations across the whole care continuum.

Practical governance outcomes

  • Role-aware workflows: outputs and access can be tailored by role (triage, ward, admin).
  • Auditability: defensible event logs for investigations, quality, and compliance reviews.
  • Policy alignment: retention and processing controls can be aligned to hospital policy.
  • Consent-first: designed to support explicit consent and controlled use.

Exact deployment and control settings are finalised during discovery to match your EHR environment and risk appetite.

Quorixel™ elevates every role in patient care.
From triage to discharge — secure AI documentation that works for your whole team.

Integration with Oracle Health Millennium (Cerner)

Ambient documentation that fits real clinical workflows — with governance and auditability

Quorixel™ is designed to integrate with Oracle Health Millennium environments using modern interoperability patterns (SMART on FHIR + FHIR APIs) while keeping hospitals in control of where data flows, how it’s retained, and how it’s audited.

Integration capabilities vary by hospital configuration, enabled resources, and governance approvals. We typically start with “draft-only” and mature toward governed write-back as validation completes.

What “integration” can mean in Millennium

In practice, Millennium integration usually falls into one (or a combination) of these modes:

  • Draft-only: Quorixel generates structured note drafts for controlled copy/paste or import.
  • Embedded launch: Quorixel runs as a SMART-on-FHIR app launched in-context from the EHR.
  • Governed write-back: approved outputs are written back via supported document/note pathways.
  • Discrete data support: where appropriate, certain structured elements may map to standard resources.

The goal is not “automation at all costs” — it’s governed acceleration of documentation.

Real-world example flow (PowerChart context → draft → review → EHR)
  1. Launch in context: Clinician opens Quorixel from within the EHR (SMART launch), receiving encounter/patient context subject to granted scopes.
  2. Consent + capture: With explicit consent, ambient capture supports transcription and drafting. Drafts are produced in hospital-approved formats (SOAP/APSO/templates).
  3. Review & sign-off: Clinicians (or authorised staff) review, edit, and approve drafts before finalisation.
  4. Write-back (where enabled): Approved content is posted to the appropriate EHR destination according to site capabilities and policy (document reference / note workflow / document ingestion).

Hospital governance checkpoints

  • Role-based permissions (who can draft, edit, approve, and write-back)
  • Audit events (who accessed, what changed, when finalised)
  • Retention controls aligned to policy (including audio handling)
  • Consent evidence and controlled use
Technical approach (high-level: SMART on FHIR + FHIR APIs)

Oracle Health provides maintained developer resources for SMART-on-FHIR application workflows and Millennium platform APIs.

  • App registration & testing: apps are registered and tested via Oracle Health developer tooling (including code Console / sandbox flows).
  • FHIR API access: authorised access to patient/encounter context using supported FHIR resources (e.g., Patient, Encounter, etc.).
  • Document-style write-back (where supported): draft notes can be represented via standard document resources (e.g., DocumentReference/Composition patterns), with the destination behaviour determined by site configuration.

We avoid promising a single “universal” note destination. During discovery we confirm which resources are enabled and which write-back paths are approved in your environment.

Quick-start option (recommended for pilots)

Many hospitals begin with draft-only workflows to validate clinical quality, usability, and governance with minimal IT change. Once validated, integration can mature to embedded launch and governed write-back.

  • Fastest time-to-value for clinician experience testing
  • Lowest risk while governance is established
  • Clear pathway to write-back after acceptance criteria are met
